Article Processing Charges

IJFIST is a fully Open Access journal, ensuring immediate and unrestricted worldwide access to all published articles. Readers may freely read, download, print, share, and redistribute published content without any subscription or access fees.

There are no submission fees, page charges, or colour figure charges. However, upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC). The APC will be invoiced to the corresponding author only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.

What Does the APC Cover?

The Article Processing Charge supports the full publication workflow, including:

Editorial and Peer Review Services
Comprehensive editorial handling and rigorous peer review by subject experts.
DOI Assignment
Allocation of a permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to ensure persistent access and reliable citation.
Online Publication and Hosting
Secure hosting and maintenance of the article on the journal’s website and servers.
Open Access Availability
Immediate and unrestricted global access to the published article.
Indexing and Discoverability
Inclusion in academic databases and indexing platforms such as Google Scholar, Crossref, and others.
Plagiarism Screening
Plagiarism detection and provision of a detailed plagiarism report.
Acceptance Letter
A formal Letter of Acceptance issued at no additional cost.
Publication Certificate
A Certificate of Publication provided to authors for academic and professional use.
Long-Term Archiving
Digital archiving to ensure permanent availability of published content.
Article Promotion
Promotion of published research through journal and digital media channels.

Refund Policy

Once a manuscript is accepted for publication, payment of the APC is mandatory.
IJCET does not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances after acceptance.
