Hybrid Sovereign Cloud Framework for Artificial Intelligence Powered Enterprise Analytics and Secure Data Integration
Abstract
The gradual implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) has accelerated the need to have scalable, secure, and compliant corporate analytics structures with the potential to process delicate company data when it is found in heterogeneous settings. Nevertheless, the traditional cloud models typically have their difficulties with such aspects as data sovereignty, compliance with regulations, interoperability, as well as the capacity to unify dispersed information source in a securely way. This paper when proposing the Hybrid Sovereign Cloud Framework of Artificial Intelligence Powered Enterprise Analytics and Secure Data Integration (HSCF-AI) is proposing a kind of integration between sovereign cloud infrastructure and the potential of a hybrid cloud in a manner that ensures secure, intelligent and policy-driven data analytic capabilities. The proposed model is created of six layers that are connected to one another: Data Acquisition, Secure Data Integration, Sovereign Data Governance, AI Analytics Engine, Intelligent Decision Support, and Continuous Security and Compliance Monitoring. In enterprise applications, IoT devices, databases and third-party services standardized connectors are developed safely with encryption of APIs. The predictive insights that AI-driven analytics have created using machine learning, deep learning, and explainable AI are designed to municipal data residency and govern compliance using zero-trust security, ciphering, identity-related services and automated governance policies. The framework enhances interoperability, privacy maintenance, efficiency in operations, and real-time decision-making where there is the multi-cloud and on-premise environments. It offers scalable, powerful and reliable next-generation AI-powered enterprise analytics solution and assures secure data aggregation and sovereign access to the vital information stored in an organization.
